Shipping and Return Policy


SHIPPING

We provide Free shipping with coupon code on all orders within the continental United States. Please use code FREESHIP

Within the continental United States we ship via UPS Ground. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to have your purchase shipped by a faster UPS method.

The United States Postal Service is used for locations outside of the continental U.S. and to P.O. boxes. Customer Service can provide these shipping costs.

All floor mats are custom made, and we usually ship within 3-4 business days after your order is placed excluding weekends and holidays. UPS Ground (for continental US addresses) usually takes 2-3 business days for customers in the Midwest and 4-5 business days to either coast.

If damages occur in shipping, please contact Customer Service immediately.

We will allow you to cancel an order only before the items are manufactured (usually within 24 hours). Once the items are made a restocking fee will apply, see return information. If you do decide to cancel your order prior to the items being manufactured, we will refund your payment, minus a 5% cancellation fee.

RETURNS

We understand that occasionally an item needs to be returned for non warranty reasons. We allow this with a few limitations:

  1. No embroidered items will be accepted for return, except for warranty.
  2. No custom made items will be accepted for return, except for warranty.
  3. No items with NON-MATCHING binding (except for warranty) will be accepted for return.
  4. All returns must be approved by Customer Service and have the supplied Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Items without an Authorization Number will be charged an additional $15 "Unauthorized Return" fee.
  5. All returns except for warranty (Warranty Info) reasons are subject to a 30% return fee.
  6. Items that have been returned to us due to "Refusal of Delivery" are subject to the "Unauthorized Return" fee, as well as an additional shipping charge for the return of the items. To avoid these fees, please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number.
  7. Returns must be in re-sale condition, free of labels and markings.
  8. We will not accept any items for return after 60 days of the purchase date.
  9. We are not responsible for freight charges on non warranty returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded except for warranty returns.
