Q. Are My Avery Auto Mats Going To Be The Same Size And Shape As My Original Floor Mats?

A. Sometimes, Avery Auto Mats are designed to cover the exposed flat area of your vehicle's floor pan. Normally, Avery Auto Mats provide more coverage than your original equipped mats, but we often use templates from OEM.

Q. Which Color Will Match My Interior Best?

A. Online colors will vary from laptops, to monitors, to tablets to phone devices and is not necessarily a precise representation of the actual product. Even calibrated monitors will not always represent the product color and texture precisely. The best way to ensure that your color choice complements your vehicle, is to order a free sample to see it in a natural setting. (Samples)

Q. Can I Get A Sample?

A. Certainly! In fact we strongly encourage anyone uncertain of which color to choose to take advantage of our free sample offer (Samples). Simply fill in the form and we will promptly send you the samples.

Q. What Type Of Embroidery Do You Offer?

A. You can embroider your name, initials, numbers, Lifestyle logos or even add a licensed General Motors or Cummins logo. We offer 4 font choices to personalize your mats. Embroidery is available in 2 areas for your front floor mats, vertical is located on the side of the mat closest to the door threshold. Horizontal is centered in the mat, approximately 6-8 inches up from the bottom edge of your mat. (Embroidery Options)

Q. My Floor Mats Have Grommets; Do I Get Them With Your Floor Mats?

A. We add grommets if they were part of the original mat. There are a few exceptions such as BMW, Mercedes, etc. that are exclusive to the vehicle manufacturer and can only be purchased through a dealer.

In the cases where we cannot provide grommets, your mats will be made without them.

Q. What If I Cannot Find My Vehicles Floor Mats?

A. Not a problem! We can custom make your mats. Please contact (Customer Service) for the pattern template information. There is a small fee of $15 for custom template patterns.

Q. How Do I Clean My Floor Mats?

A. Our mats are easily cleaned by regular vacuuming and occasional washing with mild soap and water and air drying to produce wonderful results but please do not wash the floor mats in a washing machine, it will damage the mats and the machine.

Q. What Is The Difference Between Our Carpet Materials?

A. Our economical Sport Touring carpet features 18 oz. per square yard, nylon bound edges and a flat anti-skid rubber backing. (Learn More)

Touring plush carpet features 22 oz. per square yard, nylon bound edges and a rubber nibbed backing. (Learn More)

Grand Touring ultra-plush carpet features 28 oz. per square yard, nylon bound edges and a rubber nibbed backing. (Learn More)

Q. What Is The Difference Between Serged And Nylon Binding?

A. Our nylon tape binding comes standard on our Sport Touring, Touring, and Grand Touring carpet styles. It provides a durable yet pleasing edge, for a small fee it can be upgraded to the serged binding (Mat Options)

Serging provides a richer, more upscale look.

Q. What Kind Of Backing Do You Use?

A. Rubber nibbed backing keeps mats in place and is water resistant. Nibbed backing is featured on our Touring, and Grand Touring floor mats.

Q. When Will I Get My Order?

A. Our floor mats are made to order and not pulled from stock. We usually ship within 3-4 BUSINESS days (4/with embroidery) after your order is placed excluding weekend and holidays. We ship to the continental United States using UPS Ground.

Q. Do You Offer Rush Service?

A. Yes! We offer a Rush Service for either same day (ordering before 10 am Eastern) or made and shipped the next business day. This service is available for a $20 fee; please call 800-218-6287 for details. Rush service will have specific cut off times during the Christmas holiday.

Q. How Secure Is My Order?

A. Your order is completely secure. Entry of your sensitive information is done on a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) server. This ensures that your privacy is protected.

Q. What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

A. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We will also accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks, but the funds must be verified before your order will be processed.


Q. How Do You Ship, The Cost And Other Info?

A. Free shipping applies to UPS ground delivery to the 48 continental US states on all orders. Use code FREESHIP. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and US Possessions addresses. For shipping inquiries outside the continental United States, please call Customer Service for pricing (Toll free 1-800-218-6287).

Return Policy & Warranty

Q. What If I Have A Fit Or Grommet Issue?

A. If you experience a genuine fit issue or grommet misalignment please contact customer service; you may be required to send an emailed digital image of the mats placed in the vehicle.

Q. What If I Do Not Like The Color I Ordered?

A. Contact (Customer Service) to receive your Return Authorization number if you choose to return your mats. Because we offer free samples prior to ordering, color returns are not considered warranted and are subject to a restocking fee. Click here to read our Return Policy in detail.

Q. What Is Your Return Policy?

A. All returns must have our prior approval (Customer Service) and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be in resale condition, free of labels and markings. No embroidered items, items with non-matching edging or custom patterns will be accepted for return. We are not responsible for freight charges on this type of return. Q. What Is Your Warranty

A. We use only top quality materials and workmanship to produce our products. Touring and Grand Touring mats are warranted for 1 year. Our entry-level Sport Touring mats are warranted for 6 months. We do not warrant for normal wear and tear however, with proper care they should last for some time.
